Chef Brian has a sea-centric supper planned for his next installment of Tavolàta’s Sunday Feast series on March 9. The briny menu includes oysters and four kinds of fish and ends with a rhubarb tart—a nod to the approaching spring season!

Barron Point Oysters with horseradish and grapefruit
Kale Salad with white anchovy, Parmesan, and Champagne vinegar
Salt Cod with fennel flatbread and walnut oil
Paccheri Pasta with Bluenose Sea Bass, tomato, chili, and celery
Olive Oil Poached King Salmon with salsa verde, grilled lemon, and tarragon
Warm Baby Beets with hazelnuts and miner’s lettuce
Grilled Spring Onions with lardo and saba
Rhubarb Tart with huckleberry sorbet
